Iberdrola committed to its shareholders
In line with Iberdrola's commitment to its shareholders, Iberdrola has defined a shareholder remuneration policy stating that shareholder remuneration shall be between 65 % and 75 % of the net profit attributed to the Company, as controlling company, in its consolidated annual accounts.
In the 2020-2025 Plan, a floor for shareholder remuneration of EUR 0.50 per share was set for the year 2025. This target was reached in 2022, three years in advance.
In 2010 Iberdrola implemented the "Iberdrola Dividendo Flexible" system, which was replaced in 2018 by the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" system. For more information, check here.
